Tariff

Bed and Breakfast Tariff:

Room One (Tannochbrae):  £145 - £165 per night (based on 2 people sharing) 

Room Two (Finlay):  £130 - £150 per night (based on 2 people sharing)

Room Three (Cameron):  £120 - £140 per night (based on 2 people sharing)

Please note that we operate a minimum 2 night B&B stay.  Accommodation at Arden House is exclusively for adults. Our B&B rooms are for a maximum of 2 adults - sorry no babies, children or pets.   B&B prices include breakfast and all taxes.  

Stay 4 nights or longer and enjoy a B&B discount of £10 per night for the duration of your stay.  The discounted price is automatically applied when making a reservation.

Self-Catering Tariff:
Studio Self-Catering Apartment:  £120 - £130 per night (based on 2 people sharing)  

Please note that we operate a minimum stay of 3 nights in the apartment.  Our self-catering accommodation is for a maximum of 2 adults - sorry no babies, children or pets.  Self-catering prices include all taxes.

Stay 5 nights or longer and enjoy a self-catering discount of £10 per night for the duration of your stay. The discounted price is automatically applied when making a reservation.
